Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser in Salida, CO to stock, replenish and merchandise products while maintaining brand standards. This independent contractor role combines ongoing store support with project-based merchandising initiatives, giving you the opportunity to impact customer experiences across leading brands.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout stores for extended periods.
• Retail or merchandising experience preferred.
• Planogram experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports with photos and feedback using mobile reporting tools.
• Effectively communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure deliverables are met on time.
• Maintain high quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
