Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser in Wahoo, Nebraska. This independent contractor role blends ongoing store support with project-based merchandising, delivering strong in-store presentation and brand standards.

You will travel within assigned stores, execute displays, and report outcomes via mobile tools, while collaborating with store teams to ensure timely, accurate merchandising execution and excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Detail-oriented with strong merchandising eye.
• Planogram experience is a plus.
• Experience in retail or consumer packaged goods preferred.
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports with photos and feedback using mobile reporting tools.
• Effectively communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain a high level of quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
