Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser for Bolivar, TN. This independent contractor role involves stocking, merchandising projects, and maintaining planograms across multiple stores, with flexible, project-based hours.

You will build relationships with store teams, execute displays, and provide feedback via mobile reporting tools, contributing to brand presentation and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports, including photos and feedback, using mobile reporting tools.
• Communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain a high level of quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
