Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser in Lindale, TX to provide ongoing store support and project-based merchandising initiatives. The role offers an independent contractor arrangement with a pay rate of $16–$18 per hour, with hours varying by project.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adept at building relationships with store teams while executing planograms and promotional displays.

• Experience in retail, merchandising, or consumer packaged goods preferred.
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Planogram experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports, including photos and feedback, using mobile reporting tools.
• Effectively communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain high quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
