Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser to reinforce store teams in Longview, TX. This role blends ongoing store support with project-based merchandising, with an independent contractor arrangement and a pay rate of $16–$18 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules and store visits to meet deliverables on time.
• Maintain quality and accountability across assignments.
