Job summary

Winston Retail seeks a Retail Support Merchandiser to perform ongoing store support and project-based merchandising in Bethany, MO. You will stock, replenish, and merchandise to brand standards, and execute displays and promos with precision.

The role favors a self-starter who works independently, builds partnerships with store teams, and delivers accurate merchandising results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and move in retail environments.
• Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs; up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Smartphone reporting required; iPhone/Android compatibility.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promos with accuracy.
• Build strong relationships with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance and correct product placement.
• Submit store visit reports with photos via mobile tools.
• Communicate progress and issues on projects clearly.
