Winston Retail is seeking a motivated Retail Support Merchandiser in North Windham, CT. This independent contractor role focuses on ongoing store support with project-based merchandising initiatives, driving brand standards and superior customer experiences.

You will build relationships with store teams, execute displays, and ensure accurate planograms while reporting via mobile tools in a fast-paced, flexible environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports with photos and detailed feedback using mobile tools.
• Communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates to stakeholders.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure timely deliverables.
• Maintain high quality, professionalism, and accountability across assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
