Job summary

SFS is seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers to join our nationwide network of independent contractors. This is a flexible, supplemental-income opportunity with projects from major retailers and brands.

Assignments vary from merchandising and product resets to inventory audits and display maintenance, typically 12-20 hours per month. You control your schedule and travel between locations as projects arise.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
• Efficient communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and documentation

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and standards
• Ensure displays are clean and accurately presented
• Travel between retail locations as needed
• Submit project completion reports and photos on the same day services are performed
