Job summary

SFS is seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers to join a nationwide network of independent contractors. This role offers a flexible schedule with service windows and project-based pay across major retailers and brands.

Assignments typically range 12–20 hours per month, including merchandising, resets, audits, and POP installations. You’ll travel between locations, report via a mobile device, and select projects that fit your availability.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, resets, auditing, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, displays, and installations.
• Remove discontinued products and materials as needed.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms.
