Thirty Madison Ventures is seeking an HVAC/Refrigeration Service Technician to service residential properties in Bishop, CA. The role centers on heating and air conditioning, with occasional refrigeration, solar, and water heater/plumbing tasks.

Work hours run from 7am to 5:30pm, four days per week, with a company vehicle stationed at the shop. The position involves servicing homes within roughly 90 miles of the shop, with a mix of new construction and retrofit work (about 70-80% existing

Qualifications

• Primarily residential HVAC with heating and air conditioning focus.
• Experience with refrigeration, solar, fire sprinklers, water heaters/plumbing, and small residential boilers (not licensed for large commercial boilers).

Responsibilities

• Primarily residential HVAC - heating and air conditioning is the core focus.
• Also touches refrigeration, solar, fire sprinklers, water heaters/plumbing, and small residential boilers (not licensed for large commercial boilers).
• Service area spans ~90 miles north/south of the shop, occasionally into Nevada.
• Mix of new construction and retrofit work (~70-80% existing homes/businesses).
• Handles 5-8 calls/day.
• Works independently in the field.
• Direct homeowner interaction - updates, walkthroughs, setting expectations.
