Job summary

Thirty Madison Ventures in Eagle, CO is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair residential systems, including radiant in-floor heat and heat pumps, across the Vail Valley. You will perform plumbing tasks, assess issues, and determine the right fix without needing office sign-off.

The role involves handling 5–6 jobs per day on average, with on-call rotations and occasional support on larger projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on HVAC experience (plumbing scope acceptable).
• Clean, valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to troubleshoot and execute with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including radiant in-floor heat and heat pumps.
• Perform plumbing repair, replacement, and new-install work (faucets, leaks, water/waste lines).
• Recommend solutions independently—no office sign-off needed.
• Run 5–6 jobs per day on average, depending on scope.
• Support commercial preventative maintenance and service as needed.
• Maintain and restock the company vehicle; log work in Service Titan.
