Omnicom Production LLC is seeking a Recruiter who enjoys connecting with people, understanding their stories, and helping them find the right opportunities. This role focuses on building relationships, understanding team needs, and creating a positive candidate experience.

You’ll partner with hiring managers, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, source candidates through various channels, and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.

Qualificações

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tools.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and team needs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from posting to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks.
• Review resumes and discuss candidates' skills, goals, and motivations.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to gather feedback and move the process forward.
• Ensure candidates feel respected and informed throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and share updates with stakeholders.
• Support offer negotiations and smooth transitions for hires.
• Identify process improvements to make recruitment more efficient.

As a Recruiter, you’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements, identify the right talent, and guide candidates through the hiring process. What You’ll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and the qualities needed for success.
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting and sourcing to interviews, offer discussions, and onboarding coordination.
• Find and connect with potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, professional networks, and other relevant channels.
• Review resumes and have meaningful conversations with candidates to understand their skills, experience, career goals, and motivations.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear, timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Work closely with hiring managers to gather feedback, align expectations, and keep the hiring process moving.
• Ensure candidates feel respected, informed, and valued, regardless of the outcome.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, track hiring progress, and share regular updates with stakeholders.
• Support offer negotiations and help ensure a smooth transition for selected candidates.
• Look for ways to improve the recruitment process and make it more efficient, thoughtful, and candidate-friendly.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open positions at the same time.

• Comfort working with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and professional networking platforms.
• Good judgment, discretion, and respect for candidate confidentiality.
• A fair and thoughtful approach to evaluating candidates based on their skills, experience, and potential.
