Job summary

Angels Care Home Health seeks a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to deliver therapy services under the supervision of a licensed PT. PTAs implement selected components of interventions in patients' homes, promoting mobility, function and comfort.

Qualified candidates have CAPTE-accredited PTA program, active PTA license, active driver's license, CPR certification, reliable transportation, and are licensed to treat patients in home settings as required by state boards.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program.
• Current unrestricted PTA license (state-specific).
• Current unrestricted Driver’s License.
• CPR certification must be current.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Implement selected components of patient interventions and treatments.
• Support patients in their homes to improve mobility and independence.
