FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver one‑on‑one geriatric care in Piscataway, NJ, including in private residences and senior living communities. You will evaluate, design plans of care, and provide therapy sessions with autonomy and flexible scheduling.

You may also offer telehealth and other virtual care components to extend access and support more patients, while building lasting patient relationships in a high‑impact role.

Qualifikationen

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Provide one‑on‑one physical therapy to older adults in homes or Senior Living Communities.
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence‑based treatment.
• Document thoroughly in FOX’s EMR per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
