Job summary

Kins is reimagining physical therapy with a hybrid model of in-home and virtual sessions across the United States. As a licensed PT, you will own your schedule, manage a patient caseload, and deliver high-value care on an hourly basis, while earning uncapped referral bonuses.

The ideal candidate is NY-licensed, committed to at least four visits per week, and excited to help build a new care model focused on better outcomes. New grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in New York State.
• Completed NY state CEU requirement.
• BLS certification.
• Commit to a minimum of 4 visits/week.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Excited to build and deliver a new model for achieving better clinical outcomes.
• Creative and flexible, but always puts the patient first.
• Excellent at forging strong, respectful team relationships.
• New grads are welcome to apply!
• Job Type: 1099 independent contractor.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess progress and provide plan of care and exercise prescription for patient caseload.
• Consistently ensure a world-class level of clinical care and patient experience.
• Document all treatments in our EMR.
• Communicate via chat and phone with patients and/or providers as needed.
