Job summary

Kins is redefining outpatient physical therapy by letting you control your schedule and caseload.

The ideal candidate will deliver high-value care through a hybrid program of in-home and virtual sessions, enabling you to focus on one patient at a time with a full hour per visit.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT in New York State with current licensure.
• Completed NYS CEU requirements per state regulations.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients within a caseload and provide plans of care and exercise prescriptions.
• Maintain world-class clinical care and patient experience.
• Document treatments in the EMR.
• Communicate with patients and providers via chat and phone as needed.

Pay

• $75-$83/hour

• uncapped referral bonus program of $750 for every physical therapist you refer after they complete 30 visits with Kins

Kins is looking for a skilled physical therapist who is passionate about changing the status quo in outpatient physical therapy. The ideal candidate will deliver high value care through a hybrid blend of in-home and virtual treatment sessions. Qualifications

• Current Licensed Physical Therapist in New York State

• Completed state regulated CEU requirement in NYS

• BLS certification

• Commit to a minimum of 4 visits/week

• Demonstrated excellent written & verbal communication skills

• Excited to build and deliver a new model for achieving better clinical outcomes

• Creative and flexible, but always puts the patient first

• Excellent at forging successful and respectful relationships with the entire team
