Job summary

Kins is seeking a skilled physical therapist to join a hybrid model combining in-home and virtual sessions. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and document care in our EMR, while owning a flexible schedule and focusing on patient-centered outcomes.

Requirements include NYS licensure, NYS CEU completion, BLS, and a commitment to at least 4 visits per week. This is a 1099 independent contractor role offering hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT in NYS and current license to practice.
• Completed NYS CEU requirements for licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Commitment to a minimum of 4 patient visits per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess progress and provide plan of care and exercise prescriptions for patient caseload.
• Maintain world-class level of clinical care and patient experience.
• Document all treatments in the EMR.
• Communicate with patients and providers via chat and phone as needed.

Pay

• $75-$83/hour

• uncapped referral bonus program of $750 for every physical therapist you refer after they complete 30 visits with Kins
