Job summary

Kins is seeking a skilled physical therapist to deliver high-value care through a hybrid of in-home and virtual sessions. You set your schedule, shape your caseload, and earn more by focusing on quality care rather than volume.

Ideal candidates will own their schedule, communicate effectively, and manage time well. We welcome new grads; NY licensure and BLS are required to practice in New York.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in New York State is required.
• Completed state regulated CEU requirement in NYS.
• BLS certification is required.
• Commit to a minimum of 4 visits per week.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Excited to build and deliver a new model for achieving better clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess progress and provide plan of care and exercise prescription for patient caseload.
• Consistently ensure a world-class level of clinical care and patient experience.
• Document all treatments in our EMR.
• Communicate via chat and phone with patients and/or providers as needed.
