Job summary

Mass General Brigham Home Care, Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to provide in-home care. You’ll evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, and help patients regain mobility and independence in their homes.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in acute care, rehab, or home care as a Physical Therapist.
• Current registration with the Massachusetts Board of Registration.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with caregivers and patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT focused on mobility, strength, balance, and function.
• Recommend fall prevention and home safety strategies.
• Educate patients and caregivers.
