Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Possess full, current license to practice Physical Therapy.
• Experience providing PT services in diverse clinical settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients referred to Physical Therapy Services.
• Develop and implement patient education content based on evidence-based practice.
• Provide in-service training and clinical education to staff and students.
• Coordinate care with PM&RS and affiliated clinics and services.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and clinical trainees as appropriate.
• Recommend durable medical equipment and home modifications when needed.
