Job summary

Headway is inviting licensed psychiatrists to launch or expand private practice with full autonomy over hours, caseload, and environment. You’ll be credentialed for insurance, access built‑in EHR tools, and enjoy bi‑weekly payments while remaining independent.

Only fully licensed psychiatrists with DEA/CDS, ANCC board certification, NPI and malpractice insurance qualify. You will operate as a 1099 contractor with Headway, choosing how you work and when you see clients, in a state‑by‑state

Qualifications

• Fully licensed psychiatrist with a DEA or CDS number, ANCC board certification, a valid NPI number and malpractice insurance.

Responsibilities

• Be an independent contractor with Headway, enjoying autonomy over your practice.
• Start or expand your private practice while controlling your schedule and caseload.
