Headway helps licensed psychiatrists launch or grow their private practice by simplifying insurance credentialing and increasing eligible patient access. You’ll control your schedule, client load, and work environment, with Headway handling the rest.

As an independent contractor, you’ll benefit from built-in EHR tools, compliant processes, and ongoing CEU opportunities, while receiving predictable bi-weekly payments and access to a nationwide network of plans.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed psychiatrist with DEA or CDS and NPI number.
• Board-certified in psychiatry and MD/DO licensed in the US.
• Willing to start or expand a private practice with flexible hours.
• MD/DO licensed on a state-by-state basis where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Help start or expand a private practice within Headway's platform.
• Navigate insurance credentialing across states and networks.
• Manage scheduling, client load, and Headway documentation tools.
• Maintain licensure, malpractice insurance and compliance.
