Job summary

Headway is seeking licensed psychiatrists to build or grow their private practice with full autonomy over scheduling and caseload. You’ll leverage Headway’s infrastructure including credentialing, billing, and insurance networks to serve clients efficiently and compliantly.

As an independent contractor, you control your hours, choose your client load, and operate within your own practice environment, while Headway provides ongoing support and access to nationwide networks.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed psychiatrist with active DEA or CDS number.
• ANCC board certification and an active NPI number.
• Malpractice insurance in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Build or grow your private practice with Headway.
• Navigate insurance credentialing and stay compliant with regulations.
• Manage your own schedule and caseload, with autonomy over practice operations.
