Job summary

CrimsonBlu is seeking independent contractors in Downey, CA to perform residential property inspections on a flexible, 1099 basis. You will travel to properties, explain the inspection, capture photos and data via our mobile app, and schedule interior or high-value inspections as needed.

You control your own schedule, work with other clients if you wish, and are paid per completed inspection with a monthly payout cycle.

Responsibilities

• Traveling to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) underwriting inspections you've accepted
• A brief, professional conversation with homeowners explaining the inspection
• Capturing the required photos and data through our mobile web application
• Using a camera pole for roof photos on applicable jobs
• Scheduling your own appointments for interior/high-value inspections
• Delivering accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication
