You’ll travel to properties, explain the inspection to homeowners, capture photos with our mobile app, use a camera pole for roof photos, and schedule interior inspections.

• Comfort working outdoors and traveling between properties.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to perform exterior inspections and occasional interior inspections.
• Explain the inspection process to homeowners in a brief, professional manner.
• Capture required photos and data using the mobile web application.
• Use a camera pole for roof photos on applicable jobs.
• Schedule interior/high-value inspections as needed.
