You will travel to properties, have brief conversations with homeowners, take app-guided photos, and answer property questions via our mobile web application.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) inspections
• Explain the inspection to homeowners in a brief, professional manner
• Take app-guided photos and answer property questions through the mobile web application
• Use a camera pole for roof photos
• Schedule interior/high-value inspections in advance
• Deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication
