Job summary

CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented independent contractors in Columbus, GA to perform residential property inspections. This 1099 role lets you set your own hours and build a route while earning pay per completed inspection.

You control when and how you complete accepted jobs, may work with other companies, and are responsible for your taxes and any business insurance. Travel to properties and photograph interiors/exteriors using a mobile app and roof pole when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be self-employed as an independent contractor.
• Willingness to travel to Columbus, GA properties.
• Own or have access to inspection tools and a camera pole for roof photos.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to complete exterior inspections (and occasional interior) for assigned jobs.
• Explain the inspection to homeowners in a brief, professional conversation.
• Capture required photos and data through our mobile web app.
• Use a camera pole for roof photos on applicable jobs.
• Schedule your own appointments for interior/high-value inspections.
• Deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication.
