As a 1099 contractor, you’ll be paid per completed inspection on a monthly basis, with flexible hours from 8am to sunset, Monday-Saturday. Use your own contacts if you have them and deliver accurate, timely service.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) property underwriting inspections
• Have a brief, professional conversation with homeowners to explain the inspection
• Take app-guided photos and answer property questions through our mobile web application
• Use a camera pole for roof photos
• Schedule your own appointments in advance for interior/high-value inspections
• Deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication
