You’re paid per inspection and can tailor your schedule around your life. As the inspector, you’ll travel to properties for exterior (and occasional interior) inspections, speak briefly with homeowners, take app-guided photos, and use a camera pole for roof shots.

Qualifications

• Motivated, detail-oriented independent contractors in Dayton, OH – North.
• Ability to travel to properties for inspections, exterior primarily.
• Comfortable explaining the inspection to homeowners and taking photos.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) property underwriting inspections
• Have a brief, professional conversation with homeowners to explain the inspection
• Take app-guided photos and answer property questions through our mobile web application
• Use a camera pole for roof photos
• Schedule your own appointments in advance for interior/high-value inspections
• Deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication
