Job summary

CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented independent contractors in Columbus, GA to perform residential property inspections. This 1099 role lets you set your own hours and build a route while earning pay per completed inspection.

You control when and how you complete accepted jobs, may work with other companies, and are responsible for your taxes and any business insurance. Travel to properties and photograph interiors/exteriors using a mobile app and roof pole when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be self-employed as an independent contractor.
• Willingness to travel to Columbus, GA properties.
• Own or have access to inspection tools and a camera pole for roof photos.

Responsibilities

Residential Property Inspector – Columbus, GA – 1099 Independent Contractor

CrimsonBlu is looking for motivated, detail-oriented business owners/independent contractors in Columbus, GA to complete residential property inspections. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. You control how and when you complete accepted jobs, you're free to work with other companies at the same time, and you're responsible for your own taxes and any applicable business insurance.

The Gig

• Traveling to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) underwriting inspections you've accepted

• A brief, professional conversation with homeowners explaining the inspection

• Capturing the required photos and data through our mobile web application
