Job summary

CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated independent contractors in Atlanta, GA to perform residential inspection work. You will travel to properties, conduct exterior (and occasional interior) inspections, and communicate findings to homeowners.

You’ll capture photos with a mobile app and may use a camera pole for roof shots, while managing your own schedule and appointments. The role is 1099 independent contractor work with flexible hours, offering a monthly service-fee structure paid per completed

Qualifications

• Independent contractor status in Atlanta, GA preferred.
• Detail-oriented individuals who can work autonomously.
• Comfort with outdoor work and varying schedules.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to complete exterior inspections and occasional interior inspections.
• Explain the inspection process briefly to homeowners before proceeding.
• Capture app-guided photos and answer property questions via mobile app.
• Use a camera pole for roof photos when needed.
• Schedule interior/high-value inspections in advance.
