Job summary

ProVest LLC is seeking a Process Server in Richmond County, GA and surrounding areas. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with weekly compensation based on completed jobs. Applicants must reside within a 45-mile radius of Richmond County and have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a smartphone to run our mobile applications.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor role with weekly pay based on completed jobs.
• Must reside in Richmond County, GA or within 45 miles.
• Requires reliable transportation and smartphone access.
• Ability to document attempts and outcomes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Make up to 3 service attempts per case.
• Activate cases within 24 hours of document receipt.
• Sign and notarize eligible affidavits within 48 hours after service.
• Use ProVest mobile apps to upload photos, notes, and outcomes.
