Position Overview

This is a 1099 independent contractor position, with weekly compensation based on completed jobs. We are looking for dependable, detail‑oriented professionals with experience in court‑appointed private process services.

Ideal Candidates

• Licensed Private Investigators
• Process Servers with current judge‑signed court appointments (required)

Key Responsibilities

• Make diligent service attempts: up to 5 attempts (various times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.)
• Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email)
• Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completion
• Utilize ProVest mobile applications to:
• Upload photo evidence of addresses
• Submit detailed attempt notes
• Record service or non‑service outcomes
