Job summary

Qualifications

• NP must have MSN and national certification (ANCC or AANP).
• PA must have Master's degree and NCCPA certification.
• Active MA NP or PA license (or ability to obtain before start).
• Active DEA and MASS license (or ability to obtain before start).
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full primary care patient panel independently.
• Deliver preventive, acute, and chronic disease care.
• Participate in a collaborative, team-based practice with RNs, pharmacists, behavioral health, and specialists.
