Job summary

Wisconsin Community Services in Waukesha is seeking a Case Manager for the Day Report Center to provide intensive case management and supervision for individuals referred through court and diversion programs.

You will follow national diversion standards, use LS-CMI, and coordinate with courts, DA, probation, and treatment providers while maintaining compliance reporting and data entry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, social work or related field.
• Experience in case management and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with Community Based Organizations and referrals to meet client needs.
• Ability to collaborate with justice system stakeholders including judges, attorneys, jail staff, probation agents, and treatment providers.
• Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License and ability to pass driving checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based services to support structure and accountability, including LS-CMI assessments and case planning.
• Conduct intakes, explain program components, and supervise clients to ensure compliance with program requirements.
• Make independent decisions for treatment referrals based on client needs and provider standards.
• Ensure national diversion standards and use of required assessment tools.
• Enter tracking data in agency databases and provide court testimony when requested.
