Qualifications

• Independent work ability with teamwork.
• Experience collaborating with courts, attorneys, treatment providers, and community partners.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency requirements.
• Successful background check and pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Pretrial Standards and Evidence-Based Practices, ensuring program fidelity.
• Evaluate court-ordered bail conditions and provide supervision based on risk assessments.
• Independently manage caseloads, conduct intakes, develop case plans, monitor compliance, and refer to services.
• Attend team meetings to shape practices and participate in policy decisions.
• Support new employees during the 90-day training period.
• Assist individuals in preparing for court hearings and minimize failure-to-appear risk.
• Address bail/supervision violations promptly and prepare reports for court decisions.
