Job summary
HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a permanent, full-time position with an established healthcare organization in California’s southern Central Valley near Porterville. This high-earning position offers independent practice, significant clinical autonomy, and a broad case mix.
It is ideal for an experienced CRNA who is comfortable practicing at the top of their license.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nurse-anesthesia program.
- Current NBCRNA certification.
- Active California RN and CRNA licenses or eligibility.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Responsibilities
- Complete preoperative anesthesia evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans.
- Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care.
- Perform regional anesthesia, including obstetric blocks.
- Manage airway and perioperative patient needs independently.
- Provide anesthesia for routine surgical cases and obstetric patients.
- Monitor patients and respond to changes in clinical condition.
- Support postoperative recovery and pain management.
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and procedural teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
