Job summary

HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a permanent position with an established ambulatory surgery organization in California’s Central Valley near Merced. This opportunity offers a three‑day workweek, no call, and a predictable schedule in an outpatient setting.

The CRNA will provide general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care, with an $8,000 sign-on bonus and an independent-contractor arrangement. California licensure or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nurse-anesthesia program.
• Current NBCRNA certification.
• Active California RN and CRNA licenses or eligibility.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience performing regional blocks.
• Strong independent-practice and clinical decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments
• Review patient histories and diagnostic information
• Develop individualized anesthesia plans
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
• Perform regional blocks when clinically appropriate
• Monitor patients throughout surgical and procedural cases
• Support postoperative recovery and pain management
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and procedural teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Follow applicable quality and patient-safety standards
