Job summary

HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a permanent, full-time position with an established healthcare organization in California’s southern Central Valley near Porterville. This high-earning position offers independent practice, significant clinical autonomy, and a broad case mix.

It is ideal for an experienced CRNA who is comfortable practicing at the top of their license.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nurse-anesthesia program.
• Current NBCRNA certification.
• Active California RN and CRNA licenses or eligibility.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Complete preoperative anesthesia evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans.
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care.
• Perform regional anesthesia, including obstetric blocks.
• Manage airway and perioperative patient needs independently.
• Provide anesthesia for routine surgical cases and obstetric patients.
• Monitor patients and respond to changes in clinical condition.
• Support postoperative recovery and pain management.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and procedural teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Responsibilities
