Job summary

HealthYes Staffing Network seeks a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a permanent, full-time position in California’s Central Valley near Visalia. The role offers significant clinical autonomy and flexible scheduling within an experienced anesthesia team.

The position features base compensation of approximately $360,000–$410,000 with additional call compensation, sign-on and retention incentives, and student-loan reimbursement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nurse-anesthesia program.
• Current NBCRNA certification.
• Active California RN and CRNA licenses or eligibility.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• PALS certification when required.
• Strong independent-practice and regional-anesthesia skills.
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication abilities.
• Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations.
• Develop individualized anesthesia-care plans.
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care.
• Manage airway and perioperative patient needs.
• Practice independently within training and licensure.
• Participate in scheduled call coverage.
• Monitor patients and respond to clinical changes.
• Support postoperative recovery and pain management.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and clinical teams.
• Maintain complete and timely documentation.
