Qualifications

• Certified by ACE/AFFA/NSCA/NSPA and other recognized agencies.
• Current first aid, CPR, and safety certifications when required.
• Ability to demonstrate equipment use for exercise training.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong work ethic.
• Efficient, well-organized, and able to handle multiple duties.
• Professional manner, discretion, and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Sell a minimum level of personal training packages and maintain client base.
• Promote facility programs by coordinating with other departments for a total facility experience.
• Stay current with exercise, health, and fitness trends.
• Participate in facility events, activities, and seminars when directed by management.
• Provide excellent customer service and monitor guest feedback.
• Ensure facility access is restricted to members/guests and remains safe.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
