About the Role

Denver Fitness Concierge is looking for a passionate and motivated In-Home Personal Trainer to bring world-class fitness experiences directly to clients in the Castle Rock, CO area. Responsibilities

• Design and deliver personalized, in-home fitness programs tailored to individual client goals
• Conduct client fitness assessments and track progress over time
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure safe, effective workouts
• Motivate and coach clients through strength training, cardio, flexibility, and functional fitness sessions
• Maintain accurate client records, session notes, and program adjustments
• Travel to client homes throughout the Englewood, CO area and surrounding neighborhoods
• Build strong client retention through exceptional service and consistent communication

Requirements

• Current personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, or equivalent)
• CPR/AED certification required
• 1+ years of personal training or coaching experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset
• Self-motivated, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
