Integrity Agencies is seeking driven, coachable individuals to join as Independent Sales Agents. You will build your own client base by meeting with individuals, businesses, and employee groups and presenting supplemental insurance solutions.

Training and ongoing coaching help you succeed. You will have the opportunity to grow, with first-year income in the $65,000–$80,000 range and potential top earnings beyond $100k, plus weekly commissions and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3+ items: Outside sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-directed and motivated.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals, businesses, and employee groups.
• Present supplemental insurance solutions.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Prospect for new customers and business opportunities.
• Conduct appointments and follow up with prospects.
• Develop referral and repeat-business opportunities.
• Work toward activity and production goals.
