Integrity Agencies is seeking a driven Independent Sales Agent in the United States (GA, Conyers) to build your own client base and help individuals, families, businesses, and employee groups find supplemental insurance solutions.

No insurance background is required; we provide training, tools, coaching, and support. You bring drive, discipline, and resilience to learn and grow, with flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of outside sales experience preferred, but not required.
• B2B sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, automotive, business ownership, or other performance-driven experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-directed and motivated.
• Insurance license preferred, or willingness to obtain required licensing.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals, businesses, and employee groups
• Present supplemental insurance solutions
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Prospect for new customers and business opportunities
• Conduct appointments and follow up with prospects
