Integrity Agencies in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Independent Sales Agent to build a client base and present supplemental insurance solutions to individuals, businesses, and employee groups. You’ll work toward activity and production goals with training, tools, and coaching provided.

You don’t need prior insurance experience; we provide the training and support while you bring drive, discipline, and resilience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of outside sales experience preferred, but not required
• B2B sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, automotive, and other performance-driven experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-directed and motivated
• Insurance license preferred, or willingness to obtain licensing

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals, businesses, and employee groups
• Present supplemental insurance solutions
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Prospect for new customers and opportunities
• Conduct appointments and follow up with prospects
• Develop referral and repeat-business opportunities
• Work toward activity and production goals
• Provide ongoing client service
