Symbria is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist for Home Health, covering Portage, WI and surrounding areas within a 40-mile radius. You will join a 100% employee-owned company and contribute to patient-centered geriatric care.

The role offers a flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for continuing education within a collaborative team. You’ll provide skilled OT services, ensure documentation compliance, and work with OTAs under supervision.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
• Valid or pending state license.
• Experience in acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish goals and execute treatment plans with supervision of OTAs.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve patient outcomes.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.

Education
