Symbria in Madison, WI is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) for home health with travel up to 40 miles. No weekends or holidays, 32-40 hours weekly, treating 25-30 patients. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
• Hold a valid or pending state license.
• Experience in acute care, long-term care or rehabilitation is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish goals and creatively execute treatment plans with supervision of OTAs.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Help patients achieve outcomes while partnering with the community you serve.
