Occupational Therapist – Home Health – PRN – Joliet, IL. Symbria is hiring a Per Diem (PRN) Occupational Therapist to join our Home Health Rehab Team, serving patients in Joliet and surrounding areas. Responsibilities

• Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans.
• Supervise Occupational Therapist Assistants.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes as a trusted partner in the community.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Experience in acute care, long‑term care, and/or rehabilitation is desirable but not required.
