Purpose

Job summary

FeldCare Connects seeks a self-motivated Occupational Therapist to deliver premier home health care for adults in Chico and surrounding areas as an Independent Contractor.

You will assess functional status and ADLs, develop treatment plans, implement interventions, and evaluate patient progress in coordination with the care team. Licensure and registration are required; bilingual is a plus, and you’ll enjoy flexible scheduling and independence.

Qualifications

• Licensed and registered Occupational Therapist by the state.
• Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess functional status, ADLs, fine motor, home assessments and adaptive equipment needs.
• Develop a treatment plan and perform interventions to improve wellbeing.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care as needed.
• Coordinate with health care team and educate patients and families.
