Job summary

AIM Educate is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join as a 1099 independent contractor serving school-based settings across Texas.

Provide OT services in multiple campus locations, manage caseloads, ensure documentation compliance, and mentor COTAs where engaged. Travel is required; a Texas license, driver's license, and reliable transportation are essential; compensation is competitive for contract work.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Texas OT license in good standing.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based occupational therapy services consistent with each district's service delivery model.
• Maintain accurate, comprehensive documentation of all services provided.
• Provide clinical supervision to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as engaged.
• Develop and deliver in-service and training sessions for staff and families.
• Support OT students and affiliates as opportunities arise.
